The item worked well. However, I paid for 2. The receipt shows 2 packed. But there was only 1 in the package. In addition, I was charged international shipping and I live in PR where your company is located. I sent an email trying to resolve the issue and I never received a reply. So I called. I was told that you were going to investigate. I still have heard nothing. This type of behavior is why we as an Island have a reputation for poor service.
