Product arrived in sound packaging. Easy to assemble. Product works as advertised after first use. Will be hoping it holds up for a weekly use on about 1,000 sq ft of turf.

I haven't actually used the 141E yet , but when I opened the box I found the larger model 502E . Luckily I also found bill of sale for the correct owner of the 502E and they were only 20 miles away . They had my 141E and we swapped . Someone at STEEL AND PIPES needs to pay closer attention .

Since I've not really raked out my yard, except for a non power hand held one, I had some matted down spots, on the walkway, on the side of house. It was good at getting debris out of the grass and started to lift the turf. The walkway side will need some more passes. The main turf came out good, but I have to say I thought it would spin a little faster. A little slow as instructions say use only 10 minutes, or so, at a time than cool down. It works way better then the non power rake. I'd recommend it.
