The on-line ordering process was easy and quick, and the order was available fast. I will definitely be using the on-line ordering process much more in the future. It would be appreciated if they'd offer reduced cut fees on volume orders.

You buy online. You expect to pick up the order in a short time and ready. I got to the store, have to make the whole line and wait to sign a paper with my order to learn the order is not ready. Then I went to the delivery area and it took over 25 mins for someone to receive my paper, look for the material, cut it and give it to me. I receive an email saying my order is ready but it never is. The whole online purchasing experience ain't worth it. Needs improvement and better customer service. S&P have made a great effort to establish their online store. Great work!
