QUÜL PTAC Wall Pack Unit 15,000 BTU, 220V Power Cord
Energy efficient 15,000 BTU/h QUÜL Packaged Terminal Cooling units are 9.5 SEER which allows energy saving and cost reduction. Low noise operation that allows silence and comfort without compromising capacity. With a 5 button and LED indicator control panel you can easily control the temperature and adjust to your preferences.
Features
- Settings Memory: The unit has memory. If power is lost, all of the control settings are remembered. When power is restored, the unit will start back up in the mode it was in when power was lost.
- Compressor Restart Delay: This feature extends the overall life of compressor by preventing the short-cycling of the air conditioner. When the compressor restarts, the unit is designed to give a minimum of three minutes to have time to equalize the refrigerant pressure to optimize cycling.
- Automatic Evaporator Freeze Protection: Automatically to keep the evaporator from freezing, the compressor and indoor fan is turned off when the evaporator temperature reaches a certain low temperature. If the evaporator temperature is normal this function does not affect anything.
- Automatic Quick Warm-Up: If room temperature falls to 4.5C/8F below the set point temperature, the reserve cycle heat is shut off and the electric strip heat is turned on for one cycle, until heating is satisfied.
- LED Indicators and Buttons: The touch pad has buttons for MODE, FAN, POWER, SETPOINT UP, and SETPOINT DOWN. It also has LEDs that correspond to the mode, fan speed, power, and setpoint operation, to indicate the unit's status. LEDs for high, med, and low indicate what operating mode is active. LED for power is the unit ON/OFF status LED. If the unit is in ON mode, the LED will be green. If the unit is OFF, the LED will be off.
- High Temperature Protection: The compressor and/or electric heater will be switched off to prevent damage in high indoor blow air temperature or error indoor temperature sensor.
- Unit Configuration: The unit can display in either Farenheit or Celsius.

Warranty 1 year in electric parts and 5 years in compressor, subject to professional installation by a certified technician and an installed surge protector. (sold separately)
